Fitter, Stronger, Healthier, Together

Our small, supportive group classes are designed to help you move with confidence, improve your strength, and support better health outcomes. Each session is led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and tailored to meet your individual needs whether you're managing osteoporosis, wanting to improve your strength and balance to reduce your risk of falls, or working towards better blood sugar control for diabetes management.

Through safe, evidence-based exercise, you'll build strength, support bone health, enhance balance and stability, and enjoy the benefits of regular movement in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Fundamentals STRONG (55+)

Fundamentals STRONG (55+) is designed for adults aged 55 and over who want to improve their strength, balance, mobility, and overall health in a safe and supportive environment. Each session is supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

During each class, you'll work through your own personalised exercise program using a range of gym equipment, with ongoing guidance, support, and exercise progression from our team.

Whether your goal is to stay active, reduce your risk of falls, manage a health condition, or simply feel stronger and more confident, Fundamentals STRONG provides a welcoming environment to help you move well, live well, and continue doing the things you enjoy.

Diabetes Management

Our Diabetes Management Group Class is designed to help individuals living with type 2 diabetes improve their health, fitness, and confidence through safe and effective exercise. Sessions combine low- to moderate-intensity cardiovascular training, strength exercises, and flexibility work, all tailored to individual abilities.
Participants will learn how to safely monitor blood glucose levels before and after exercise, understand the benefits of regular physical activity for blood sugar control, and build sustainable habits to support long-term health.
The program also fosters a supportive group environment, encouraging motivation, social connection, and accountability—making exercise enjoyable while reducing diabetes-related health risks.

Stronger Bones

Stronger Bones is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with, or are at risk of developing, osteoporosis or osteopenia. Each class is fully supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and held in our spacious, purpose-built studio.
Over the 12-week program, with two classes per week, you’ll focus on improving strength, balance, and mobility through safe, targeted exercises. Sessions also include education on bone density, and how physical activity and nutrition can work together to support and improve bone health.
